Epic Seven Summons, Wishlist, and Pity

Epic Seven’s gacha is honest in one way other games are not: Covenant pickup pity is 121 pulls and there is no 50/50. If the banner says the featured hero is up, the 121st yellow is that hero. The featured artifact is the weak half — no hard pity on the weapon, which is why the 2026 total-summon mileage exists. This page is how to spend bookmarks, Mystic Medals, and Galaxy Bookmarks without dumping the 8th anniversary into an empty list. Selective Summon is a different machine; handle it on the reroll guide before you touch a banner.

If you just installed, finish getting started, bind the STOVE ID, and set the wishlist before you tap the daily 20. The 1,260 free Covenant summons from 27 August–29 October 2026 still roll the normal table.

Covenant, pickup, and limited

Covenant Summon is the always-on RGB (fire / ice / earth) banner plus a thin Moonlight chance. Drop Rate Up (pickup) is the same currency — Covenant Bookmarks or 95 Skystones a pull — with 121 pity on the featured hero. Limited banners are the purple-tagged ones. Limiteds do not return to the normal Covenant pool; missing a limited you wanted means waiting for an explicit rerun. Collab limiteds follow the same rule.

Rates worth remembering:

• Featured 5-star hero on pickup: the pity is the guarantee. Base 5-star hero rate is about 1.5% before soft pity.
• Soft pity starts near pull 100 and climbs until 121.
• Off-banner 5-star heroes on a pickup are not a thing in the Genshin sense. You are hunting the featured unit, not losing a coin flip to a standard character.
• Moonlight 5-stars on Covenant are a separate, tiny check. Wishlist does not steer them.

Spend bookmarks on limiteds and on RGB units you will skill. Do not pity a pickup you will replace in three weeks. Uncharted Pioneer Politis is the pickup from 3 September 2026 — front-row offensive kit versus back-row defensive kit, placement matters. Pull her if the kit fits a hole you actually have, not because the anniversary trailer was loud.

Epic Seven Covenant wishlist and pity explained

Wishlist (2026)

Open Covenant and fill seven heroes and seven artifacts. When a 5-star RGB spark hits on the non-pickup Covenant banner, it comes from that list. That is all it does.

Wishlist does not:

• Affect Moonlight 5-stars.
• Affect Mystic, Galaxy, or the current Drop Rate Up banner.
• Let you choose which of the seven you get. You get one of the seven.

Put Iseria on the hero list if Selective missed her. Put Tamarinne on the list if you still lack a PvE engine. Fill the rest with RGB units you will actually skill — not with names you already confirmed on Selective. For artifacts, pick 5-star pieces your Hunt and Abyss cores can wear: Song of Stars, Rod of Amaryllis, Portrait of the Saviors, Shimadra Staff, Proof of Valor. Daydream Joker is a 5-star Hunt staple, but it is common enough from other sources that it does not need a wishlist slot on day one.

Do not wishlist a unit you already own unless you specifically want imprints. Do not leave the list empty “to see what happens.” Empty lists waste the anniversary 20-pulls.

Mileage and total summon rewards

Starting in 2026, Covenant pulls feed a total summon count track. Breakpoints pay currency, and at least one breakpoint is the featured artifact you otherwise have no pity for. This is why you should not split 40 pulls across three banners during the anniversary. Park on one pickup until the mileage chest for that banner is claimed, or park on Covenant if you are not pitying anyone.

The anniversary daily 20 pulls count. Missing a day is 20 pulls and their mileage you will not get back. There is no catch-up mail.

Mystic, Galaxy, and Lisette

Mystic Summon is how new Moonlight 5-stars debut. Currency is Mystic Medals (Secret Shop, guild shop, events). Pity is long — historically 201 for a 5-star, with a 4-star pity option around 111 if you opt into it. Lisette, the 8th anniversary Light Soul Weaver, arrived on Mystic on 27 August 2026. Kit, Time Reversal, and Fragment of Life notes live on Lisette. Do not spend Mystic Medals on a leftover rotation if you are saving for her or for a Moonlight on the Moonlight tier list.

Galaxy Bookmarks are the other Moonlight path (5 bookmarks a pull, bought with Gold Transmit Stones). No 121-style RGB pity. Treat Galaxy as a luxury, not a plan to “finish the journal.”

Coin shops reset on 1 September 2026 03:00 UTC. Covenant Coin Shop (64 coins, once per month): Schniel, Lilias, Ken. Galaxy Coin Shop (40 coins, once per month): Pirate Captain Flan, Faithless Lidica, Astromancer Elena. Buy a hole you will skill; do not spend Galaxy Coins on a name you already own unless you want imprints. The Thief Class Summon with Master of the Nightmare Drop Rate Up runs 27 August–3 September 2026 02:59 UTC — 120 pity on a featured 5-star Thief, other classes hidden. If you are saving bookmarks for Uncharted Pioneer Politis on 3 September, skip the class banner.

If an anniversary selector offers a Natalon Academy Moonlight 5-star, read the Moonlight list before you tap. Selectors are not rerolls.

Collab banners

Chaos Zero Nightmare collides with Epic Seven in September 2026. Renoa, Haru, and Mei Lin are the named collab units. Renoa is the Moonlight piece you can earn free during the event window; Haru and Mei Lin are limited summons. Limited collab units vanish when the banner closes. Do not empty the Covenant bookmark stack on a collab DPS if you still lack Iseria and a Hunt core — collab kits are not a substitute for Connections.

Codes are not pity

TY_E8_INFINITY, OUR8TH_EPIC, TOGETHER_8Y, and 8TH_ANN pay Leifs, charms, catalysts, and Gold Transmit Stones. They do not move the 121 counter. Redeem them through the anniversary coupon page and STOVE; the event 20-pull button is separate. See anniversary coupons. E7SUMMERGIFT26 is dead (26 August 2026).

Gold Transmit Stones convert to bookmarks. Park them until you have picked a limited or a pickup. Buying 50 bookmarks in the shop at 950 Skystones is the panic rate. Secret Shop refreshes (Garo) are the cheaper bookmark path if you have gold and the patience to refresh.

A spending order that does not brick the month

1. Selective Summon confirmed. Wishlist filled.
2. Daily 20 Covenant summons claimed. Mileage watched.
3. Mystic Medals saved for Lisette or a Moonlight you have already ranked.
4. Bookmarks held for limiteds (collab, seasonal) rather than the third RGB pickup of the month.
5. Galaxy only after Hunt is automatic and you understand the Moonlight list.

Pity is a budget, not a personality. The 121 counter is there so you can plan Skystones; it is not a command to hit every banner. A new account that wishlists Iseria, claims 1,260 Covenant pulls, and skips two mediocre pickups will own more PvE than the account that 121’d a unit they never built. Secret Shop gold is the quiet way bookmarks actually accumulate. Spend it there, not on the 950-Skystone bundle the lobby flashes after a bad 10-pull.
