Epic Seven Aube

Aube is a Non-Playable Character (NPC) who appears in the A Secret Summer Special Side Story, the summer 2026 update running alongside the Epic Dash campaign. She is Birgitta’s assistant in the story set on the Aelo Coast, where Fumyr investigates the Shadow Elves’ sovran Harsetti. Aube serves as Birgitta’s right-hand aide throughout the coastal summer narrative, appearing in story scenes, dialogue sequences, and as the contact point for the territory-capture arcade mini-game that forms the event’s primary gameplay loop. Her presence in the story is consistent across all language versions of the event.

The Aelo Coast is a beach and coastal region that serves as the backdrop for A Secret Summer. Unlike the dark fantasy tones of Epic Seven’s main Orbis narrative, the summer story leans into a lighter, seasonal atmosphere with seaside visuals, bright character art, and a relaxed holiday tone. Fumyr arrives on the Aelo Coast following a lead on Harsetti, the sovran of the Shadow Elves. Birgitta is already present in the region running territorial operations, and Aube manages the player-facing interface for the embedded territory-capture mini-game. The three characters form the story’s central cast, with Aube acting as the intermediary between Birgitta’s commands and the arcade gameplay that players engage with during the event.

The territory-capture arcade mini-game tasks players with capturing coastal territory zones through an arcade-style interface, rewarding high-quality character illustrations and various in-game items upon completion of capture objectives. Players who engaged with the mini-game during the event window (25 June – 6 August 2026) received limited-edition summer illustrations featuring Fumyr, Birgitta, and Aube in beach and coastal attire — assets that are no longer obtainable now that the event has closed. The mini-game Aube helped manage was purely a source of illustrations and minor in-game items, not a primary progression track.

Aube is not a playable hero in Epic Seven. She does not appear in summoning banners, has zero summon rate, zero artifact slot, and zero skill tree. Third-party hero databases sometimes incorrectly list her as a summonable unit — this is a data error. The official Epic Seven patch notes and in-game hero list confirm she is an NPC only.
