Warfare Rules explained
Warfare Rules are draft modifiers that activate during World Arena seasons. They change which heroes are stronger, weaker, or have altered mechanics for that season. Each season, Smilegate publishes a new infographic with the current rules.

Frame and reward reset
All players received a full frame reset — Champion frames, rank badges, and seasonal icons refresh with the new season. Reward structures also reset, meaning the previous season’s positioning determines your starting point but you must re-earn the seasonal chests and rank rewards.
The reset applies to World Arena only. Ranked Arena (the automatic 5v5) and RTA are separate modes with their own seasons.
Updated support hero lists
Smilegate updates which heroes appear in the Support pick list each season. The support list is the pool your opponent can choose from when drafting their team. A hero entering the support list means they are legal in World Arena but not in your primary draft pool.

Call of Chaos is the 3v3 arcade mode added in the 8th anniversary client (27 August 2026). It is separate from World Arena — Champion frames, ranked RTA qualification, and World Arena seasons still run through the standard modes.
